Friday June 28th @ 6:30 P.M. The Frederick Douglass Resource Center presents Flimstress Nicholle La Vann in her viewing of 110 Morning Side. Bringing conscious back! Ms. La Vann brings the Black Aesthetic alive through her works of documenting the legacy of Poet Abiodun Oyelwole member of the Last Poets for one night only here in  the city of Rochester New York.  $10

Saturday June 29th @ 6:00 P.M. Special guest Abiodun Oyelwole of the Last Poets will join The Rochester Black Arts Council in an in-depth panel discussion: The Black Aesthetic: The Search for self in the 21st Century. Walking in the steps of the Black Arts Movement of the 1960's. The council will discuss self determination and empowerment in the city of Rochester. $10

Weekend passes include admission for 2-day programs which are available for $15. Art catalogue for the exhibition will be available also!
